Back in the nowadays, Abe comes over to look for his teeth. When he finds them in Santa's Little Helper'southward mouth, the family tells Abe that they're recalling the year Bart started kindergarten. He then claims that "the yr was 1906. The president is the divine Miss Sarah Bernhard, and all over America, people were doing a danced chosen 'The Funky Grandpa.'" He then dances a little, but falls asleep.

Anyway, back to the flashback…

With Homer, he shows off Lisa to Moe. When Lisa shows that in that location is a cockroach in the pickled egg jar, Moe asks her if she's the wellness inspector. When the real health inspector shows his bluecoat, Moe bribes him with a margarita.

Marge suggests that Homer take some coin for a new air conditioner and spend it on Lisa again. Homer doesn't desire to spend his days sweating similar a pig.

Bart adds, "not to mention looking like a pig, eating like a pig…"

"Don't forget the odour," says Apu. Homer so tells Apu to exit.

The next 24-hour interval, another heatwave hits Springfield, but Lisa doesn't intendance. Why? Here is the respond:

My thoughts: It's a prissy flashback episode. It shows that sometimes you have to give up your happiness for the sake of others.
